My role as Director of Operations was to collaborate with the project’s external and internal stakeholders to ensure designs were executed through construction and move-in. Chris was the most effective external stakeholder and construction manager to work beside. He became a truly valuable asset to the team through his ability to relate to a diverse group of internal stakeholders including clinical staff, clinical leadership, physician leadership, and administration.
