- We can conduct the vetting, bidding, and selection processes for architects, exhibit designers, engineers, specialty consultants, media producers, contractors, subcontractors, and fabricators. This usually includes negotiating the final terms and conditions of the contracts, and working with you and your legal counsel to make sure that each contract includes a complete scope of work that minimizes the possibilities of unnecessary Change Orders.

- When complex issues or conflicts arise, we can help you explore optional resolutions, identifying the risks attached to each option, including the risks attached to taking no action at all. As decision points arise, we would make recommendations as to which course(s) of action should be taken.
- We can review and analyze all Change Order requests from the contractors and consultants, including negotiation of final cost and schedule impacts for you.

- We can develop and maintain detailed Project Budgets, Cash Flow Projections, and Variance Reports.
- We can manage the receipt, review, recommendations of approval or disapproval, and documentation of payments for every invoice from every consultant, contractor, and vendor on the project throughout the life of the project. Up to date records of approved budgeted amounts for all cost categories that make up the Project Budget, Costs to Date, Balances to Complete, and Contingencies remaining would be prepared and distributed to you on a monthly basis.

- Our role is to orchestrate the flow of information between you, the architects, engineers, exhibit designers, media producers, contractors, fabricators, vendors, and various governmental agencies to include conducting project coordination meetings.
- We can monitor compliance to schedule and quality control by the contractors and bring any concerns to your attention.
- We can maintain a complete set of project drawings, sketches, specifications, requests for information, submittal logs, correspondence, and other pertinent documents.

- We can assist you in the selection, procurement, delivery, and installation of project furniture, fixtures, and equipment.
- We can manage the project close out process to include expediting the remedy for all punch list items, and managing the delivery of contract required warranties, attic stock, training, lien waivers, operations, and maintenance manuals. Managing the orderly release of retainage and delivery of final payments to project consultants, contractors, and vendors would be included.
- Finally, we’ll assist you in an orderly move into the new building and the transition from a construction project to a fully operational facility.
